The master's degree program of Applied Psychology of Ningbo University is approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council to confer master's degrees in 2017.The program aims to cultivate high-level professionals with good political quality and professional ethics, who can apply psychological theoretical knowledge and professional technology to school education, mental health, business management and product design, and adapt to the social and economic development of the region.It belongs to the first-level discipline of psychology and currently has three main research directions: clinical psychology and health promotion, student development and career education, business management and product design.

Professors (including researchers), 6 associate professors, and 13 supervisors for postgraduate students. Researchers with doctor degree account for 83% of the total number.
